la-la-la
the route to National Library was hell man. i rmbed it was somewhere near the NAFA. but the prob is, i cant find NAFA! at that moment, i was hot, thirsty and tired. those who know me well shld noe my mood den. i got irritated, complained and was on the verge of giving up searching the building when bb noticed the board that reads "National Library" it was the building which i 'suspected' at first but dismissed the possibility of it being the actual one cos it looks nice and class. haha.. the collection of books there is superb laa.. at least i found almost all of Danielle Steel's books there. but i din manage to find Nicholas Sparks's The Notebook, which my sis claimed it is nice. bb and i walked in the lib like a maze and got a headache. haha.. its big laa! slacked in there for a while den headed to bugis.
coffeebean-ed. drank bb's favourite-- Caramel Frappucino. it's my first time trying and it tasted good! crapped in there and at the same time resting our legs. i know eunice sure will comment saying"wa lao..u two v lousy leh..walk little bit den tired. useless" haha... she sure can walk the whole day w/o complaining. dun believe? try her. LOL. anyway, back to the topic.. after enough of resting, we started to hunt for my bag and clothes. my bag. where are you??? the adidas one remains as the one on my list for now. tentative. i tried on this pmk top which i liked quite alot but it was the last piece island-wide and was in a not-so-gd condition. so, din buy in the end. sadded`` tried on a long-sleeved top at op but the colour was too dull for me considering im quite dark/tan. so, sadded again. for me, it's quite diff to find a top that i like..cos am quite fussy about my tops. eunice shld noe. seldom i'll find a top which i like. if not, the price is WOW. anyway, realised the long-sleeved tops at mickey shop were quite nice. but the price even nicer. $39.90 for a top! too ex laa.. unless im loaded with cash, then it'll be a whole diff case. haha.. acc bb to kfc for dinner den headed back to yishun. my dinner?? 2 salmon maki. LOL. bought a nike top at np's royal sporting house.at last!! =))) but am still hunting for clothes and bag..
oh ya. in the train to town earlier on, there's this woman who was breast-feeding her daughter. the weird thing is, the child is old enough to spare her mom the agony of breast-feeding. (ok laa, to me, its considered as an agony. why? try letting a kid suck ur nipple. it sure hurts. apparently, i've not experienced it before, but that's what i thought. haha) needless to say, few pairs of eyes were on the woman's breasts. and yes, almost all were guys'. cant they just keep their eye-balls to themselves? want to see, go home see their wives' one laa... along the way, i was wondering if i'll do the same thing(breast-feed my child) in public. gals, will u??
another incident that happened in the train caught almost all of our attention. this woman shouted suddenly. at first i tot she was chiding her children, due to her fiery tone, until baobei told me she was talking to herself.the problem is, why talk to loud?? ok laa, she wasn't talking exactly, but, cursing. i cant remember what she said exactly but i guessed it had smth to do with a guy having an affair and she(the woman who was cursing) was the victim, if not, her daughter or someone close to her was. after a while, she stopped. den everyone resumed what they were doing initially.
i had a great day today. thanks to baobei. thanks for acting silly and stupid to make me laugh like mad. i appreciate it. AND, u act ke lian reali very cute! and lovable... hee.. think those people who get to see it someday will laugh their hearts out. LOL. we took photos today too.. after a very long time eh? snap snap snap! thanks baobei for the enjoyable day =)))
