MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE!!

xmas this year has been super enjoyable and joyful! well, at least for me and bei =))
received lots of wishes through msgs from friends yday night (after 12am), which i was really really appreciate for. thanks to all those who wished! the little sincerity lit me up..

at 12.40am yday night, bestie, guang and bei came over to my house for a "mini party" as suggested by eunice. lol.. it was quite a pleasant gathering for the 4 of us.. like finally i get to see bestie!! exchanged our gifts.. and guess what i got from her?!! she gave me $20 worth of vouchers for Haagen-Dazs!! haha, cos she knew from my blog that i am really craving for choco fondue! thanks so much girl! so yay!! choco fondue, here i come! wahahaha..

caught up with one another.. it always feel good to provide some advice and thoughts to one another's problems, especially when the other party is someone dear to you. bestie, dont worry so much ok? no matter what, we will stand by you always! continue to be the jovial girl who never fails to brighten us up! cheers!

made an impromptu decision to play mahjong! LOL. and, guang actually agreed to join us! woo! way to go guang! so we started at 3am and stopped at 9am.. Mr Aw Wei Seng! rmb to call us out when ur schedule is less tight!

only had 5 hours of sleep before bei and i woke up at 3.30pm. haha, feels so weird to wake up in the afternoon.. overwhelmed by excitedness and joyfulness when i woke up. the fact that it's xmas today just make the day seems more special.

first time since prom night i'm wearing a dress. the unique-ness is that the dress is a gift from bei.. =)) i really love the dress.. and, how can i forget the pretty lil thing bei got for me from diva! i was all ready and went down to meet bei.

first thing he saw me, he complimented me =)) see, his glib tongue is acting up again. lol.. so throughout the day, i was pampered with compliments by bei, saying that i look beautiful in the dress. thanks bei =D i never really thought i was beautiful, but bcos the words are from bei, i can feel the sincerity. well, love is blind! hahaha..

weather's being a wet blanket.. just when bei and i were going for our dinner at orchard, it started to drizzle. so, we had no choice but to change venue to dine. of cos, we have to choose a place where it's fully sheltered.. MARINA SQUARE! god, i think i've been there more than 3 times this week!

anyways, bei was craving for Jack's Place! haha, this time is bei! not me! actually i thought of eating at Marche, cos i felt like having the mushroom soup and rosti! but of cos, we went ahead with bei's idea/craving! normally bei's the one who accomodate to my preferences and likings/dislikes, so i think i should accomodate to him too =))

we forgone the set dinner 'created' by Jack's specially for xmas.. cos the steak will not be served on hot-plate.. and i can tell you, serving on it makes a vast difference! the guy beside me proved me right, cos just when he had his first bite, he complained and asked for the steak to be warmed. degree of hotness aside, i think the quality of the steak will also be adversely affected. so obviously, we wouldn't compromise quality for money/value since we want to have a sumptuous meal. bei and i had black pepper steak and Jack's special steak respectively, not forgetting our all-time favourite--lobster soup! oh my god, the special steak was FANTABULOUS! even better than the ribeye we normally had! it's super tender and when u bite it, the juice will just flow out! serious! super nice! bei's black pepper steak wasn't that bad too.. i thought the sauce was great! haha, so u can imagine our happiness when we were having our meal.. lol..
