weee!! i'm back from OUR shopping spree!! today's agenda was to look for BEI's (not mine.. haha) new year clothes as mentioned in the previous post.
i duno what's wrong with the ____ weather! i purposely wore a long-sleeved shirt cos i thought it'll be raining and so weather will be rather cooling. on top of that, bei brought an umbrella out in case it rains and we're stuck in some places.. AND THEN WHAT! IT DIN RAIN AT ALL WHEN WE WERE AT TOWN! &*#$^&*#$^#$ life's really an irony.
anyways, we went to far east to search for bei's clothes. he's happy with his buys, i think. hey how can he not be when i was there to give him comments. LOL. he got a formal top for chu1 yi1. god, we had a HARD time selecting the best one which fits him. in the end, we settled on the checkered one, which looks really great on my boy!
also, he got his jeans and a brown pants (those knee-lengthed type) at a reasonable price! i was (quite) appalled when i saw bei with a 29 waist size jeans on him. cos, his thighs are so thin! i think i'm blinded or rather deceived by the jeans he normally wear cos he purposely bought them at a bigger size. really shocked laa! look like those malays who like to wear taped(spell?) jeans. so thin laa bei! so he bought a size bigger. bei's waist soo small lor.. normally size 29 will fit him perfectly (on the waist) but will definitely end up buying a bigger size cos he dont want the bottoms to make him look so skinny. now, the point is, you ARE really skinny, that's why the bottoms (indirectly) make you look thin. -_-" get my point?
though it was supposed to be bei's shopping day, i cant resist myself from entering into shops where fanciful apparels caught my attention! so bei was constantly pulling me away from the shops and at the same time reminding me that it is HIS shopping day today. lol.. but still, i went in. i cant seem to divert my attention OFF dresses. i had to remind myself like a million times that i already have 3 in my wardrobe.
nonetheless, i STILL bought a top at Heeren's flowers in the attic. it's so beautiful! i like! as usual, i had an arduous time deciding on whether to buy black or white. that has always been my problem when choosing the colour. in the end i got the white one, which bei also recommended and suggested me to buy. i thought it can better bring out the top's uniqueness as compared to the black one. :) happy lar!
but, i still cant find my leggings. cos black ones seemed to be out of stock! i dont want those with lace, not those with stripes or strings either. just the plain one! so difficult to find meh?
nvm.. tmr going to bugis! hopefully can find it! also acc-ing bei to queensway.. =)) hope he can find a pair of shoes he like.
when i got home, mum shocked me with the no. of pairs of shoes she bought over at metro. make a guess... she bought a total of 10 shoes can!!! 10 leh! siao or what.. amounted to $300. wahh, think 3 years no need to buy shoes already. if i were there with her, confirm sure buy 2-3 pairs too. mum really crazy lor.. she bought 2 different colours for the SAME pattern/type. -_-" money too much ahh.. or maybe she thought she really is a money-printing machine. nvm la hur since 1 of the 10 is mine. haha..
mum still asked me if the money i'm left with is enough for me to buy my clothes. of cos say enough laa! bought so many already. she gave me OG, Metro, Charles & Keith and Espirit member cards! i think out of the 4, i'll be most tempted to go to C&K. but, must curb laa.. it's not like my shoes are spoilt..
really had a good time today. better be able to find my leggings tmr!
