la-la-la

alarm went off at 12.05pm.. supposedly to wake bei up, but he has already woken up by then. went back to lala~ land.. too tired.. i think it's bcos of the dream!! i dreamt of ELVIN NG!! tell me how to get up in time?! so close-up lor!!

haha.. ok, i better stop. met up with baby and headed to cwp. bought movie tickets at student price.. SHIOK! bei played the sweets game and gotten himself a stitch toy.. so cute! bei can totally imitate it's expression. HAHAHA. pastamania-ed at student price too.. wooo.. sooo great being a student eh? i forgot i should not have ordered smth spicy in case my stomach starts to protest again.. in the end, bei swapped his chicken bolognese with my spicy chicken. yes, my stomach protested. and it's the same situation as that day.. ate some spicy food and drank ice lemon tea.. arghh.. scared of this combination already!

tadahh! we watched this today. i'ld rate it 4/5. it's simply a wonderful movie. super duper touching.. really!!! very inspiring.. to me, it's a bitter-sweet story, with the father strugging REAL HARD to make ends meet, but in times of hardship, he and his son are still happy. at least, they know they have each other to rely and depend on. they are each other's pillar of strength. it's so evident.

the son's super adorable lar! his baby face and his bombarded hair to go along with it. haha.. quite comical. the things he tell his dad are really funny at times. like how he tried to crack some jokes to help lighten his dad's heavy mood. personally, i like the one he told his dad about the drowning guy. haha..

one phrase caught my attention.. Chris (acted by Will Smith) said something about the phrase "The pursuit of happyness". he said that the word 'pursuit' is put infront of the word 'happyness' because one can only pursue it, and will not totally have it. how true. it's like how humans are constantly seeking for perfection, but can never achieve it. an amazing film.. GO CATCH IT!

Gelare's having a 1/2 price off waffle promotion every tuesdays.. and since today's THE day, i got really tempted to buy it. however, bei and i were too full after our lunch and popcorn session. we'll get it someday.

i asked bei "why do night time always come by so quickly when i'm with you?" it's true you know.. i just hate it.. i guess bei knows how i feel..
