la-la-la

bei and i only slept at 5AM yesterday and woke up at 1.15pm. LOL. i think we should really stop this bad habit immediately.. i dont wanna turn into owls!!

we went to the FOOD & BEVERAGE FAIR today.. held at suntec city level 4 as mentioned in the earlier post. oh god, the exhibition hall is HUGE. all sorts of things are sold.. some even differ from the meaning "Food and Beverage", like newspapers, some appliances.. i was like "isn't this suppose to be only selling food and drinks?"

anyways.. we dont like the crowds lar.. but we love the food. lol.. in the order of food bought, we had:
- 1 cheese hot-dog
- orange juice (super fresh!)
- jap crabstick pizza (err, i think the salmon one would taste better)
- katong laksa
- shark fin's soup
- orange juice (again!)
- beijing duck-wraps (super ex! but worth it.. yummy!)
- drink consisting of longans, pineapple, peach, pear (we think so) it's the longans that attracted bei to buy it. haa, he likes them..
- madeline's portugese egg tarts (also from tanjong katong!! super delicious)

yup, so we had all that for lunch. we shared OF COS! and we were bloatedly full!

headed over to marina square.. oh god, i saw a bag i love alot!!! for sch since my white weaved bag is about to spoil... but it costs $39.90.. i felt it's kind of expensive for bags being brought to sch, no? hmm, shall go over to bugis to see if they're selling cheaper there.. i really love it alot! oh god, gotta go bugis again.. haha

and then, i saw a dress i love too!!! simple and sweet.. i like the colour.. very unique.. peach-pink kind.. but costs $41.90 after discount.. arghhh.. i should just stop looking out for dresses whenever im out! need to really curb my shopping habits already.

there's a World of Sports fashion show going on at the centre stage.. bei and i missed the 5pm one since there were seriously alot of people and bei was having his fatal hiccups at that time... but we managed to catch the 7pm one! it was quite fascinating... seeing the models so up-close.. caucasians ok! those photographers very A lor!! they will go "WOOOOOO" when pretty models are making their way to the aisle and for the photographers to shoot them. quite disgusted by them lor.. but we still enjoyed the fashion show lar.. right bei? =)

bei was attacked by hiccups! not once, but thrice! twice at marina, and the last one at yishun mrt station when we're heading home.. his hiccups are not the usual ones we experienced you know.. ours are quite minor and doesn't hurt right.. but his!! super scary.. very agonising like that.. cos he says it hurt alot at his chest area.. oh god, i was SO SO worried for bei!! helpless like a fool! cos we dont know the "cure" yet.. like, how to make him feel better and all.. but at least we know he has to sit down if the hiccups attack him.. ke lian de baobei!! next time cannot eat too full le ok? i hope my presence was able to soothe u abit.. wo kan le hao tong ku ohh.. ying wei wo bu zhi suo cuo. bu zhi dao gai zhe me rang ni shu fu yi dian.. wo zhen de hao dan xin.. hope they wont find you again!! shoo hiccups shoo!!

contemplating btw kenny rogers and the foodfair's katong laksa for dinner.. decided on the latter since bei said we have ample time to have kenny's but for the laksa, we have to travel all the way to tanjong katong after the fair is over.. makes sense.. so i heeded his suggestion and off we went to suntec AGAIN. lol.. at night le, still alot of ppl lor! we found a seat and bought the laksa.. yumyum!! really nice! and it's the authentic katong laksa! this time, we only had the laksa larr and plain water.. stomach not enough space to fill other food already. LOL.
