la-la-la

no csp tutorial today again.. so i had the whole morning/afternoon free! 9am to 2.50pm.. before i headed for my audit tutorial. boring morning spent on the csp project.. my shoulders ache everytime i sit for long hours at the underground's bench.. and bei has to massage for me.. oh god, succumbing to "old" age so soon!! NO WAY!

audit tutorial always makes us laugh.. it's the tutor lar, really. can see that he's very traditional kinda person. everything step by step, law by law de. LOL. and i seriously think we wont score well for our common tests cos he expects alot from a simple qn! which i think, his marking style/scheme differs from that of alvin's greatly!

went for the ceremony at 5.05pm. and coincidentally, gabriel's seated beside me again!! last year we were seated side by side too.. zhen de hen qiao ok! this year's ceremony ended super fast.. approximately 1 hour plus only.. cos they skipped those individuals module winners.. haha, gabriel must have been damn sad.. cos he'd topped quite a number of modules! that's why he's the MOST outstanding student for his level ma.. PRO LIKE WHAT CAN~!!

anyways, alvin quek was up the stage performing with his boogie hippie shakie club again. quite entertaining lar.. i mean, how often do u see ur lecturers dance?! hiphop/punk style somemore ok! hahaha.. the opening item was the dancesports people. reminded me of my S&W way back into year 1.. dancesports's really fun!! i wish i could be as active as them and dance to the music. i like dancing..

yada yada, ceremony ended. out for some catered food. this year cut down on curry, vege, beehoon. so it was quite a simple fare. mdm lee bee swan still rmbs me! she's my cip tutor in year 1! and i think she knew me through bei.. haha.. cos bei's assignment of the flash (which was dedicated to me) impressed her. and she often sees us together in school. sucha sweet and petite teacher.. infa tutor still recognises me too, quite surprised..

the funny thing happened when a lecturer/tutor (not so sure.. cos nv seen him around before) came to us and asked us how's things going on for us. there in a little circle stood my parents, bei and me. when the lecturer came, he immediately spoke to bei cos obviously he's smartly dressed, just like how he would be in an attire to receive a prize on stage. unlike me, who's wayyyy under-dressed. ok lar, i admit. sooooo all along, he was speaking to bei. and i tot so funny! he must have thought MY parents are HIS parents who have come along to witness HIM taking prize. seriously funny can! then nearing to the end of the convo, den he realised im also one of the recipients.. and he seemed apologetic. LOL. "they are very good friends" was what my mum told him about bei and i. LOL. i nearly burst out laughing, serious!!!!!

then, mrs yong bee leng came along.. my MA tutor.. exchanged a few words and she told my mum i'm "very guai and harworking". i was stunned lar! then my mum was there blabbering all along how she's very xin1 wei4 that her children has done well in school. mothers are like her! hahahaha...

saw quite a no. of familiar faces there.. some simply shocked me that they were award winners. like what my mum said and is a common knowledge, dont judge a book by its cover. or should i say, ren bu ke mao xiang. nonetheless, congratulations felt good and im motivated to do even better!!!!

then we were fretting over dinner in dad's car. im the fussy one.. lol.. they have to give in to me. cos everything they suggested, i din want. prata, no. chompang, no. nasi lemak, no.

me: i want something light.. not so oily..
mum: ooh.. jap food!

wish came true. SAKAE SUSHI =))

so 2 couples went into NP's sakae. mum&dad + me&bei! i realised these days daddy's super sweet to mum. okk, random.. mum was telling bei "if you want to marry my daughter in the future, you must learn how to cook." cos she thought i DISLIKE cooking meals.. but infact, i LOVE cooking, 'cept that i HATE the dish-washing part. hahahaha.. and mum seems kinda surprised that i love cooking. -_-" i think i have to show more of my cooking skills in the future. hahaha..

so there i was, satisfied with my dinner. i only had miso soup, salmon sashimi, spicy salmon maki and hotate mendaki (?). these were enough to kill my cravings! i just wanted those... and im happy i had them although the hotate wasn't that fab as compared to the other outlets.. wahahhaa.. my mum and i have one thing (out of the 2187236734 we like) in common. we love good food. heh! mum said the meal was treated as a form of reward for our good grades =))
