la-la-la
woohoo!!! I FINALLY GOT MY BAG!
slept til 1pm in the afternoon.. wow, that sounds good! ke lian de baobei has PPP so he'd gotten up at 730am. haha.. nvm, my turn will come soon. anyways, went to clementi to meet bei, who had waited for me for 45 min, to have our lunch at BOTAK! okk lar, firstly, i left the house 10 min later than what i'd scheduled. secondly, bei's PPP lesson ended early. anyways, when i reached the coffeeshop, our fish&chips are here already. so we digged into our food. yummy!
next destination, far east. priority of the day - bag and watch. saw a red bag which i like.. but din buy.. cos still have bugis to "comb" thus, it sits in my pending list before any decision is made. you know, i dont make hasty decisions.. i rather look everywhere for it and then decide which is the better one, be it in terms of price or my likings. also saw a red watch.. but again, it's tentative for me, since bugis (street) is like a "good-bargain shopping place" for me. wow, seems like red is attracting me alot nowadays!
so obviously, our next destination was bugis. ooolala~! saw the same watch selling at half price cheaper! see, it does pay to be patient. =) i had a hard time in bugis, cos i saw a bag i like alot too! that's the worse thing that can happen to me, cos i would contemplate for very very very very long! indeed, i had a difficult time. and i think both the shop owners and bei felt like killing me! hahaha.. i dont know exactly how long i stood in the shop itself, but i can assure you it's a fairly large amount of time! the headache came in, cos the one at bugis is NICER, but as we all know, nice things often have bad points to "compensate" for their plus points.. just like how pretty girls would usually (to me) have a "black heart". okk this is not the point.. it's only an analogy to describe what i was trying to say about the bag looking super nice but has a point which caused me to think for a long time. i reasoned out that it wouldn't allow the amount of space i need for a bag (especially for sch's purpose with all the files, big&fat pencil case and the essential things).. and it seems difficult for me to reach to my hp and wallet when i need them. so, final decision made, but with a painful heart.. i forgone it =((((( when the spore sales is here, and if the price of that bag is reasonable enough for me to have a reason why i should have a 2nd bag, i WOULD buy it FOR SURE, cos it's really very beautiful.
and so, we went back to far east. goshh.. it was really a tiring journey.. cos far east seems to be a lil out of the way.. not like wisma or taka which doesn't require much footwork from the mrt station, if u know what i mean. but gotta sacrifice lar, for my bag. the red one was the last piece!! arghh.. but after examining it, i felt it's of perfect condition, so i got it! yippiee! now i have a new bag.. and i hope i can get the nice bag when the spore sales is here!!
bei and i went to the famous dumpling noodles store at far east level 5 for our dinner.. both of us had hot&spicy beef ramen and shared a plate of fried dumplings.. not bad, quite nice.. bei, next time we go back to try their dumpling noodle ok? haha, yea we should try their signature dish first!
after eating, we walked around.. and bei got me a bracelet =)))))) thanks bei. it's so lovely! but bcos of this, we missed the chippy's fried mars bar.. i want to try it the next time we go far east!
home sweet home. i had a wonderful saturday =) i think this will be the last relaxing weekend until the common tests are over. soo, jiayou!!
